Serdar Tufekci is the founder of SELEST Solutions with over 30 years of leadership across power generation, long-term utility concessions, and complex alternative delivery structures.
He is the founding CEO of Ohio State Energy Partners, the first 50-year university energy concession. He managed ENGIE’s P3 portfolio holding full contractual authority over EPC, Design-Build, CMAR, and ESCO subcontracts across an $800M capital program.
Serdar formerly served as VP of Engineering and Construction for ENGIE, overseeing a ~13 GW power generation portfolio across ERCOT, PJM, ISO-NE, Canada and Mexico. He began his career in construction, commissioning, O&M of power plants in the US and abroad.
Serdar holds an MS degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University, and an Executive MBA from Purdue University. He is a licensed Professional Engineer (Massachusetts) and a Fellow Chartered Engineer (United Kingdom).
Leigh Lewis is a marketing and business strategy professional with extensive experience in global, healthcare, and technical sectors, and a core member of the SELEST Solutions team.
She has demonstrated expertise across the full spectrum of marketing leadership — from brand and product management to marketing communications, business strategy, and marketing excellence — consistently delivered through strong, collaborative leadership of cross-functional teams.
Leigh brings a distinctly global perspective to her work, shaped by years of living, studying, and working in the United States, Turkey, Canada, Japan, and multiple European countries.
She holds a BA in Communications from Syracuse University and an MBA from Boston University.
